COYOTI
These terms cover Coyoti Spot Core, the Perp Plus paper strategy, Coyoti Chat, evidence records, and monthly or yearly software access. By using the service, you accept these terms and remain responsible for deciding whether the service is appropriate in your jurisdiction.
Effective 19 July 2026Spot Core evaluates selected SOL, JUP, COYT, BTC, ETH, BONK, and TRUMP spot markets in Paper and records decisions, orders, fills, and performance evidence. Perp Plus supports one selected SOL, BTC, or ETH Jupiter Perp market at a time. In Live, Spot Core and Perp Plus operate from a segregated customer strategy wallet within an owner-signed mandate, funded capital, expiry, and risk limits.
Coyoti is not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian, tax advisor, legal advisor, or registered investment adviser. Coyoti does not provide personalized investment advice and does not promise any financial return.
Never share a seed phrase or private key with Coyoti. A sign-in message proves control of a public wallet address; it is not an order or payment. For Live, the owner wallet signs the bounded mandate, activation funding, and withdrawals. Autonomous strategy actions are signed only by the isolated strategy wallet and cannot exceed the signed authority.
Starter, Pro, and Treasury can be purchased for a monthly or yearly access period at the price shown before checkout. Payment does not activate access until Coyoti receives signed provider confirmation for the correct wallet, plan, amount, and billing period.
Users remain responsible for market risk, DeFi protocol risk, smart-contract risk, slippage, MEV, oracle errors, tax consequences, token illiquidity, and compliance in their jurisdiction.
Each checkout is a one-time wallet-approved payment. There is no automatic wallet debit. Access ends at the displayed period-end date unless you open and approve a new renewal checkout. To cancel, do not renew; paid access remains available through the current period.
Pending, underpaid, expired, wrong-asset, wrong-network, unsigned, or mismatched payments do not activate or renew access. If a confirmed payment is not reflected in the app, contact the verified Coyoti Discord with the wallet address, provider invoice or payment ID, and transaction ID. Never send a seed phrase or private key.
Confirmed software access fees are generally final once access is activated. Coyoti reviews a duplicate payment, incorrect amount, or confirmed payment without access when the customer provides verifiable payment evidence. Refund rights required by applicable law remain available.
Prices exclude network and provider fees, and exclude taxes unless checkout states otherwise. The checkout shows the payment amount and asset before approval. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and reporting obligations.
Coyoti may pause or limit access to protect customers, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service. Features, supported markets, and providers may change. Material customer-facing changes will be reflected in the product or these terms.
Use the verified Coyoti Discord for access, billing, or payment exceptions. Include only public identifiers and payment evidence. Coyoti will never ask for a seed phrase, private key, or wallet recovery code.
